FuelLog respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app may collect, how it is used, and which third-party services may process data for app functionality, advertising, purchases, and nearby station search.

Data We Collect

• Device identifiers and advertising identifiers: Used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads. Personalized ads are used only where allowed by your consent and platform settings.
• User identifiers: Used by RevenueCat to manage Premium subscription status. These identifiers are not used to identify you personally by Nikki Apps.
• Purchase history: Used to manage in-app purchases and Premium subscription access.
• Location: Used only when you choose the nearby station feature. Your location is sent to Overpass API to search nearby gas station candidates and is not stored by FuelLog unless you save a station name in a fuel record.
• App usage data: Used for ad measurement and service operation through third-party providers.

Fuel Records

Fuel records, vehicle records, notes, odometer values, costs, and maintenance information that you enter are stored on your device. FuelLog does not upload these records to a Nikki Apps server.

Location

The nearby station feature requests your current location only after you tap the relevant button. Coordinates are used to request nearby gas station candidates from Overpass API. FuelLog stores only the station name you choose or type into a record.

Advertising

FuelLog uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use device identifiers to provide ads and measure ad performance. On iOS, you can allow or deny tracking through App Tracking Transparency. If you deny tracking, ads may still appear but will not use the iOS advertising identifier for tracking.

In-App Purchases

FuelLog uses RevenueCat to manage Premium subscription status. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play; FuelLog does not handle your payment card details.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions from Apple ID subscription settings on iOS, or from Google Play subscriptions on Android.

Data Sharing

FuelLog does not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Overpass API, the App Store, or Google Play only for the purposes described above.

Children's Privacy

FuelLog is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected unintentionally, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

給油ノート（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが収集・使用するデータについて説明します。

収集するデータ

• デバイス ID ・広告 ID: 広告配信や効果測定のために Google AdMob が使用する場合があります。
• ユーザー ID: プレミアム購入状態の管理に RevenueCat が使用します。Nikki Apps がユーザー個人を特定する目的では使用しません。
• 購入履歴: アプリ内課金（プレミアムプラン）の管理に使用されます。
• 位置情報: ユーザーが近くのガソリンスタンド検索を選択した場合にのみ使用します。
• アプリの使用状況データ: 広告の効果測定やサービス運用のために使用されます。

給油データについて

本アプリに入力された給油・燃費・車両・メンテナンスデータは、お使いのデバイス上に保存されます。Nikki Apps のサーバーへ送信・保存することはありません。

位置情報について

近くのガソリンスタンドを検索する機能では、ユーザーが明示的にボタンを押した場合に限り、端末の現在地を取得します。取得した緯度・経度は周辺のガソリンスタンド候補を取得するために Overpass API に送信されます。給油記録として保存されるのは、選択または入力したスタンド名のみです。

広告について

本アプリは Google AdMob を使用して広告を配信しています。AdMob は広告配信や効果測定のためにデバイス識別子を使用することがあります。iOS の App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可を拒否した場合、広告は表示される場合がありますが、iOS の広告識別子を使用したトラッキングは行われません。

アプリ内課金について

プレミアムプランの購入状態の管理には RevenueCat を使用しています。支払い情報は App Store / Google Play が処理し、本アプリは直接取り扱いません。

サブスクリプションは、iOS の場合「設定」>「Apple ID」>「サブスクリプション」、Android の場合「Google Play」>「お支払いとサブスクリプション」から管理・キャンセルできます。

データの共有

本アプリは、上記のサードパーティサービス（Google AdMob、RevenueCat、Overpass API、App Store、Google Play）以外にユーザーデータを販売・共有することはありません。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。意図せず 13 歳未満の個人情報を収集した場合は、速やかに削除します。
