Earth Alert ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data We Collect
- Location data: Used to calculate distances to earthquakes. Not stored or shared.
- Device identifiers and advertising identifiers: Used by Google AdMob for ad delivery and measurement.
- App usage data: Used by AdMob for ad performance measurement and service operation.
Earthquake Data
The App fetches real-time earthquake data from the USGS (United States Geological Survey) public API. No personal data is sent to USGS.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Ads are requested only after Google consent information says ads can be requested. AdMob may process device identifiers and app usage data for ad delivery and measurement. You can manage ad privacy choices when Google indicates that privacy options are required for your region.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties other than Google AdMob as described above.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
